Pursuant to the Agreement, each Contractual Party treats the ships of another Contractual Party as its own ships engaged in the international carriage.
The Agreement is signed for five years with possible automatic prolongation for the next five years, unless any of the Contractual Parties notifies another Contractual Party about its intention to terminate the agreement in a written form six months before the termination of the agreement.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0127.
